Permitted use
PayAuth is for legitimate businesses collecting payment on genuine invoices owed to them by their own customers.
Prohibited businesses
PayAuth may not be used by businesses in categories that Stripe or applicable law prohibit, or that PayAuth determines it cannot support.
Prohibited activities
You may not use PayAuth to pursue debts you are not entitled to collect, to harass anyone, or to attempt to collect through false or misleading statements.
Agent outreach
PayAuth does not run your agent or contact your customers. You bring your own agent and are responsible for its outreach, contacting only the people you specify, only regarding the amounts they owe you, and in compliance with the laws that apply to your business.
Enforcement
PayAuth may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or end access to protect the service and the people it serves.
