Privacy

We collect the information you provide to run collections, such as your business details, the receivables you record, and the contact details of the customers your agent takes to checkout.

We use your information to operate the service: to process payments through Stripe when your agent takes a customer to checkout, to reconcile results back to your records, and to pay out your share. PayAuth does not contact your customers, your agent does.

We share information with the providers that deliver the service, including Stripe for payments and payouts, Google if you sign in with Google, and QuickBooks or Xero where you connect them. We do not sell your personal information. These providers process information under their own terms, and Stripe, Google, QuickBooks, and Xero are trademarks of their respective owners.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

We use encryption in transit and scoped access controls. Payment details are stored by Stripe, which is certified to PCI-DSS Level 1, and not by PayAuth.

You can access or update your account information, disconnect accounting integrations, and request deletion of your data where applicable.

We may update this policy as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
